Introduced in May 2008, this publication supersedes similar publications that already existed with NSG and Pilkington prior to integration.

It sets out clearly the manner in which we expect everyone working in the Group to behave in dealings with employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, the community and all others with whom we have contact in daily business life.
