Today ( 26th February, 2008 ) there was an article by a newspaper stating that Nippon Sheet Glass Co., Ltd. ( “the Company” ) is intending to sell a subsidiary. However, the article is not based on any public announcement made by the Company.
While the Company confirms it is in discussion about the possible sale of its fifty per cent shareholding in NH Techno Glass, it has made no decision on this matter at this time.
